FAQ

The answer to this question depends on a number of factors. The first consideration is how long the dysbiosis has been present. The longer it has been an issue, the longer it will take to rebalance the microbiome again. For long standing chronic cases, there may even be maintenance to perform once a year or every couple years. If it is a much more recent development, then your chances of a faster recovery are a lot higher, likely falling in the 3-6 month range.

Another huge factor is the level of compliance with herbal and dietary regimens and suggestions. Mindset is tied to this and is also another important factor. Overall immune health is another determining factor. There are many things I could mention here, but the gist is that there is no way to tell for sure until we actually get down to the work and start to flesh out the bigger picture.

This varies for every client. Most of the time, if a client has gut dysbiosis, then I recommend an initial consult package plus five follow-up sessions, which can be purchased individually or as a package for a discounted price.

Your circumstances may be quite different for a variety of reasons, so we can determine what would be best for you together after our first session.

The initial package is $160. Individual follow-up sessions are $70, or you can buy a package of five follow-up sessions for the discounted price of $300.

No, your herbs and supplements are not included in the consultation prices. If you would like to make your own herbal products or procure them from me or a local herb store, I am happy to work with you to help make any of those things happen.

As with any substance you are putting into your body, it is always best to use caution when starting out, and I do factor that into the regimen so that we will get an idea if someone is sensitive before diving into the deep end head first. I choose herbs specific to each client based on their situation, root causes, overall constitution, and any medications they may already be taking. I also provide any contraindications for each plant ally when presenting my recommendations after the intake session. From there, we can discuss together what feels best for you, and you can make an informed choice about each plant.
